Mindful Recess

Bring mindfulness and meditation techniques into your workplace by arranging meditation recesses. Each recess is 30 minutes in length and will translate ancient wisdom for work, provide time to meditate as a group, and a short Q/A. A recess can be done locally in the DMV area of virtually over Skype/video. Through a series of meditation recesses participants will receive tools to deal with work conflicts and have the ability to change their relationship with their thoughts and perception of stress.

Keynotes and Workshops

Mindgen provides a range of workshops from mini-sessions (60-90 minutes) to full day workshops. Mini-sessions, such as a 'lunch and learn' or keynote are a good way to begin to introduce participants to mindfulness and mediation tools. Half day and full day workshops are interactive involving lecture, self-reflection activities, partner and group discussion, mindfulness/mediation techniques, and stress buster tools. Participants will leave feeling calmer, have tools to build resilience and consciously communicate, and have the confidence to continue to build mindful muscles. Topics are customized to your audience. 

Evidence Within Lab

To create lasting transformation and a culture of mindfulness, Mindgen has designed an 8 virtual week mindfulness based resilience lab. Over the course of the 8 weeks, participants will receive themed lessons, handouts, and action items to build resiliency through meditation, movement, self-reflection, and a practice of gratitude. Themed topics will cover: habit building, mindfulness, stress, vicarious trauma, conscious communication, resiliency, self-compassion, and sustainability. Participants will have a plan laid out for the 8 weeks to learn new skills sets to transform stress which includes accountability and coaching.
