Solidify a meditation practice, reduce stress in the moment, learn to work with mantra, connect to the stillness and silence within. 1:1 Meditation Practice Session 1: 90 Minutes Session 2: 45 Minutes Personal Mantra Ceremony Session 3: 45 Minutes Email or text support between sessions Please contact if need a sliding scale. After payment we will complete the booking session. Payment of $275 is the total price for this complete package.
